District Outing to East London |

Following on from the success of last year's district outing to Guildford I am pleased to confirm that this year's district outing will be to London's east end.
The coach will depart Sittingbourne at 0800hrs with pick up points at Hempstead Valley at 0820hrs and Meopham at 0845hrs on Saturday 21st June 2008.
Ringing will be at the following towers: -
Click here for a printable itinerary, which will be provided on the day. Lunch will be at a recommended Wetherspoon pub offering a number of real ales, but if you wish to make your own lunch arrangements you are more than welcome.
There will be a small amount of walking (unless the weather is unbearable) from Aldgate church to the pub (approx 400 meters), and then from the pub to Bishopsgate church (again about 400 meters). |

Tickets are priced at £15 for adults and £10 for under 18s and non-ringers. This includes coach and tower fees, and is payable on the day in cash please. Seats on the coach will be allocated only to Rochester District bell ringers until 15th June. After this date others can be invited to accompany us on the outing - including family, members of your church congregation and other Kent bell ringers. All places will be subject to availability.
